Jenifer helped us plan our 20 year anniversary trip to Europe. We were all over the place with where we wanted to go. She took time to ask us about our interested and help us narrow down the places to go and things to do. She booked all of the hotels, travel (with the exception of airfare due to having miles we could use -although she would have happily done the airfare for us as well), and tours. We spent 10 days traveling across Italy (3 days in Rome with a day trip to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, 2 days in Florence, 3 days in Tuscany, and 2 days in Venice), and finished off with 5 days in the UK (Bath and London). We had some of the best tours, food, and experiences on our trip. We only had one issue with a prepaid tour, but Jenifer and the tour company were able to get it resolved quickly so that we did not miss out on any of our plans. For our anniversary, we relaxed at a spa in Bath and had a surprise bottle of champagne, chocolates, and roses from Jenifer. If I could give more stars I would. I cannot recommend Jenifer enough. We will be using her again.
