I appreciate how Jennifer started the process by getting to know our family and how we could weave in components to serve needs across multiple ages.
She found us a home to stay in Seattle that had bunk beds for the four kids and a cozy kitchen nook for my friend and I to enjoy a morning tea while our husbands slept in. The place was in a safe neighborhood with excellent transportation options to get us downtown. Most importantly, when we hit airport snags (cancellation just 12 hours before our flight), Jennifer sat on the phone with us to problem solve our options for reaching our destination. Jenifer helped us plan our 20 year anniversary trip to Europe. We were all over the place with where we wanted to go. She took time to ask us about our interested and help us narrow down the places to go and things to do.
She booked all of the hotels, travel (with the exception of airfare due to having miles we could use -although she would have happily done the airfare for us as well), and tours. We spent 10 days traveling across Italy (3 days in Rome with a day trip to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, 2 days in Florence, 3 days in Tuscany, and 2 days in Venice), and finished off with 5 days in the UK (Bath and London). We had some of the best tours, food, and experiences on our trip. We only had one issue with a prepaid tour, but Jenifer and the tour company were able to get it resolved quickly so that we did not miss out on any of our plans. For our anniversary, we relaxed at a spa in Bath and had a surprise bottle of champagne, chocolates, and roses from Jenifer. If I could give more stars I would. I cannot recommend Jenifer enough. We will be using her again.
